It was so good to see you and your family yesterday! The word for this week is "quiver"! We will be looking at one passage of Scripture, Psalm 127:3-5:
3 Lo, children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. 4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate. KJV

"Quiver" here is the Hebrew word "ashpah". Strong's Concordance says: arrow case (which is obvious, of course!). But how many of this wonderful heritage will fill a quiver? Look at these two photos to get an idea:
Quite a difference, right? The key is that you, Kristine and Jesus will decide how big of a quiver YOURS is! There is no perfect size for "A" family, but there IS a perfect size for YOURS! You and Kristine are wonderful parents! We are so blessed to watch the interaction with your girls, see your family photos and to hear all of the big and little stories of your lives.
