The word for this week is "highest". We will be looking at Luke 6:35:
35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil. KJV
This is the Greek word "Hupsistos". Strong's Concordance says: The Supreme God. Thayer's Greek Lexicon says: Highest of place or rank. Vine's Expository Dictionary says: in the highest regions. The abode of God. The Theological Dictionary adds this: occurs nine times in the NT as a term for God. Worth noting, however, is the ascribing of the title to the exalted Lord, to Christ. When you possess the NAME that is ABOVE every other name! Philippians 2:9-11:
9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. KJV
HE is SO far above everyone and everything we will ever deal with here on earth that there should be nothing and no one that ever intimidates us or worries us! Proverbs 16:7 tells us this:
7 When a man's ways please the Lord, He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him. AMP
So just keep doing what you do and allow JESUS to continue to lead, guide and direct you by His Spirit into all His promises! Here is Brandon Lake with a new song just out called "That's Who I Praise", that I LOVE and that speaks about praising "the Heaven seated, undefeated, HIGHEST of NAMES"!
[Verse 1]
I wanna dance like David, I want a faith like Paul
I wanna sing like Silas, tearing down those prison walls
I wanna face that fire, it won't burn me though
God's got my back, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego
I wanna walk like Moses, right through the waves
One day I'll see that promised land, no longer slaves
Though the fear is talkin', no it can't take out my faith
[Chorus]
I'm gonna praise, I'm gonna praise
I praise the mountain moving, body raising, breaker of chains
Gonna praise, I'm gonna praise
I praise the Heaven seated, undefeated, highest of names
That's who I praisе, hey, that's who I praise, that's who I praise
[Verse 2]
I wanna gift likе Mary
I wanna break my vase
I wanna sleep like Daniel even in a lion’s cave
I’m gonna get that promise
Just like Jericho
Yeah I know what’ll make it fall
[Chorus]
I'm gonna praise, I'm gonna praise
I praise the mountain moving, body raising, breaker of chains
Gonna praise, I'm gonna praise
I praise the Heaven seated, undefeated, highest of names
That's who I praise, hey
I praise the God who's proven He can do impossible things
That's who I praise, hey, that's who I praise, that's who I praise
[Bridge]
He is the Lion of Judah, He is the Lamb that was slain
The only One's who worthy, worthy, worthy of all of His names
That's who I praise
He is the risen Messiah
He is the Ancient of Days
The only One's who worthy, worthy, worthy of all of His names
That's who I praise, oh
[Chorus]
So I'm gonna praise
I praise the mountain moving, body raising, breaker of chains
Gonna praise, I'm gonna praise
I praise the Heaven seated, undefeated, highest of names
That's who I praise, hey
I praise the God who's proven He can do impossible things
That's who I praise, oh, hey, that's who I praise
That's who I praise, that's who I praise
[Outro]
That's who I praise, that's who I praise
Mmm-mmm
I wanna love like Jesus
That kind of grace
I wanna live like I got no more precious time to waste
I'm going to give Him glory
With all my thanks
There is no greater, stronger, higher name
That's who I praise

Hi Brian!
The word for this week is "wonder-working". It is found in the Amplified Bible in 1 Corinthians 12:9:
9 To another [wonder-working] faith by the same [Holy] Spirit, to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit; AMP
In the KJV it says this: 1 Cor 12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; KJV
The Webster's Dictionary says: producing wonders. There is a 'new to me' song out by Brandon Lake and Cody Carnes called "Too Good To Not Believe". This "Wonder Working God" is mentioned continually in this song and He IS doing so many wonderful things as His people dare to believe and to operate by Holy Spirit expecting HIM to show up! I have said it many times lately, but this IS the very BEST and MOST EXCITING time to be ALIVE and serving the LORD! Here is that song with the lyrics following because there isn't a lyric video out yet for this particular version.
Lyrics
I've lived stories that have proved Your faithfulness
I've seen miracles my mind can't comprehend
And there is beauty in what I can't understand
Jesus, it's You, Jesus, it's You
I believe
You're the wonder-working God
You're the wonder-working God
All the miracles I've seen
Too good to not believe
You're the wonder-working God
And You heal because You love
Oh, the miracles we'll see
You're too good to not believe
Too good to not believe
Too good to not believe, oh-oh
And I can't resurrect a man with my own hands
But just the mention of Your name can raise the dead (yeah)
All the glory to the only One who can
Jesus, it's You, Jesus, it's You (come on)
Oh, I believe
You're the wonder-working God (yes, You are)
You're the wonder-working God
All the miracles I've seen
Too good to not believe
You're the wonder-working God
And You heal because You love
Oh, the miracles we'll see
You're too good to not believe (too good)
Too good to not believe (come on)
Too good to not believe
After everything I've seen (after everything I've seen)
You're too good to not believe
Too good to not believe
Too good to not believe (after everything I've seen You do)
(Oh, God)
Yes, I believe (I believe, I believe it)
Oh, I believe, ooh-ooh
We've seen cancer disappear
We've seen broken bodies healed
Don't you tell me He can't do it
Don't you tell me He can't do it
We've seen real life resurrection
We've seen mental health restored
Don't you tell me He can't do it
Don't you tell me He can't do it
We've seen families reunited
We've seen prodigals return (come home)
Don't you tell me He can't do it
Don't you tell me He can't do it (don't you ever tell me)
We've seen troubled souls delivered
We've seen addicts finally freed (finally freed)
Don't you tell me He can't do it
Don't you tell me He can't do it
We'll see cities in revival
Salvation flood the streets (come on)
Don't you tell me He can't do it
Don't you tell me He can't do it
We'll see glory fill the nations
Like the world has never seen
Don't you tell me He can't do it
'Cause I know that He can
Yes, I believe (I believe)
You're the wonder-working God (oh, You are, You are, You are)
You're the wonder-working God
All the miracles I've seen
Too good to not believe (too good, too good)
You're the wonder-working God
And You heal because You love
Oh, the miracles we'll see
You're too good to not believe
Too good to not believe (oh, oh-oh-oh-oh)
Too good to not believe
Oh, never stop believing (oh, yes, I believe)
We've seen so much (yes, I believe)
You're the same yesterday, today and forever (too good to not believe)
You can do anything Jesus, You can do anything (I believe, I believe, yeah)
Hallelujah, wonder-working God
Wonder-working God
Don't you ever stop believing
'Cause He's so, so good
So, so good

Hi Brian!
The word for this week is "move". We have used this word before, but this is a different Greek word found in Acts 17:28:
28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. KJV
This is the Greek word "kineo". Strong's Concordance says: to stir. Thayer's Greek Lexicon adds: to cause to go, to set in motion, to excite. Vine's Expository Dictionary adds: of exciting, stirring up feelings and passions. There is a song on Brandon Lake's newest album, "Tear Off The Roof - Live From The Holy City", called "This Is A Move". One of the lyrics says: "Come and do what You do/ Cause we need a move". I know that this newst "Move" of God is spreading around the world, and expecially here is America! There has been an enormous increase in people wanting to know JESUS and wanting MORE! I really believe that THIS is the most exciting time to be alive!!! And it had only just begun! He has SO MUCH MORE for HIS people! I'M SO ready! Here is that song with the lyrics:

[Verse 2: Tasha Cobbs Leonard]
And bodies are still being raised
Giants are still being slayed, oh

Wonders are still what You do (We are here)
[Chorus 2: Tasha Cobbs Leonard and Brandon Lake] We are here (Hey) for You Come and do what You do (Come and do it Lord) We are here for You Come and do what You do (Come and do it Lord) Set our hearts on You (Oh, set our hearts) Come and do what You do (Hey) 'Cause we need a move (Yeah, oh) We need a move (We need a move of God here) We need a move (Oh) We need a move (Oh, if you need a miracle, stretch out your hands come on)

This is a move (We prophesy, we prophesy) This is a move (Yeah) (Oh I see it now, I see it now) This is a move (It´s the One we´ve been praying for, this is a move!) This is a move (It´s the One we´ve been waiting for, this is a move!) This is a move (We´re standing in the middle of a move!) This is a move And this is a move (Woo) I feel it now, this... Yes God, this is a move Oh, this is a move (Come on, declare what God is doing in your family) This is a move (My family is a move of God) This is a move, oh (My city is a move of God!) This is a move ( My children are a move of God) This is a move (Cause I am a move of God) This is a move (Spirit come, Spirit come)
This is a move
[Interlude: Tasha Cobbs Leonard & Brandon Lake]
Spirit come, spirit come
This is a move, yeah
Wind blow!
This is a move, hmm
So wind blow, wind blow!
This is a move
[Spontaneous: Brandon Lake]
Burn like a fire, blow like the wind
Come Holy Spirit, we welcome You in
Burn like a fire, blow like the wind
Come Holy Spirit, we welcome You in
Burn like a fire, blow like the wind
Come Holy Spirit, we welcome You in
(If you want more of this tonight, ask for it)
Burn like a fire, blow like the wind
Come Holy Spirit, we welcome You in
We welcome You
We welcome You
We welcome You in
Hmm, we welcome You in
We welcome You in
We welcome You in (Come Holy Spirit here)
We!
[Chorus: Brandon Lake & Tasha Cobbs Leonard,Both]

Come and do what You do
Set our hearts on You
Come and do what You do
Cause we need a move
We need a move

Hi Brian!
Again this week I want to share with you this devotional by Charles Spurgeon. I haven't read a lot of his work, but these devotionals from another time are very interesting to me!
"Lead me in Thy truth, and teach me: for Thou art the God of my salvation; on Thee do I wait all the day."— Psalm 25:5
When the believer has begun with trembling feet to walk in the way of the Lord, he asks to be still led onward like a little child upheld by its parent's helping hand, and he craves to be further instructed in the alphabet of truth. Experimental teaching is the burden of this prayer. David knew much, but he felt his ignorance, and desired to be still in the Lord's school: four times over in two verses he applies for a scholarship in the college of grace. It were well for many professors if instead of following their own devices, and cutting out new paths of thought for themselves, they would enquire for the good old ways of God's own truth, and beseech the Holy Spirit to give them sanctified understandings and teachable spirits. "For thou art the God of my salvation." The Three-One Jehovah is the Author and Perfecter of salvation to His people. Reader, is He the God of your salvation? Do you find in the Father's election, in the Son's atonement, and in the Spirit's quickening, all the grounds of your eternal hopes? If so, you may use this as an argument for obtaining further blessings; if the Lord has ordained to save you, surely He will not refuse to instruct you in His ways.It is a happy thing when we can address the Lord with the confidence which David here manifests, it gives us great power in prayer, and comfort in trial."On Thee do I wait all the day." Patience is the fair handmaid and daughter of faith; we cheerfully wait when we are certain that we shall not wait in vain. It is our duty and our privilege to wait upon the Lord in service, in worship, in expectancy, in trust all the days of our life. Our faith will be tried faith, and if it be of the true kind, it will bear continued trial without yielding. We shall not grow weary of waiting upon God if we remember how long and how graciously He once waited for us.
I LOVE this verse! I have prayed this many times and have often encouraged others to do so. How would HE not answer this prayer! HE wants US to know HIM and by knowing, to become LIKE HIM! Here is another 'new to me' song by Brandon Lake called "Talking To Jesus":
